Fiber Notion® stands behind our products and services. If you are dissatisfied with your web purchase items in their original condition and in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days of purchase date for full refund.*
Items purchased at our retail store and in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 5 business days for store credit.*
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature and type of merchandise we sell most WEB and IN-STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. All fabric fiber thread floss yarn ribbons trims buttons beads and notions are FINAL SALE, sorry, no exceptions.

When returning or exchanging products, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. http://www.fibernotion.com customers will receive notice of their refund or e-store credit via e-mail.
Any items damaged by shipping may be returned for exchange. Fiber Notion® will gladly reimburse for any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise as long as the damaged merchandise is returned in original shipping package. Please place merchandise inside damaged shipping package and place in its entirety into new package to be returned. If you have questions regarding returns due to shipping damage please contact us at info@fibernotion.com.
All merchandise returned, exchanged or replaced must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and reason for return or exchange, customers shipping address and phone number, customers billing address and phone number and customers e-mail address.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure their return or exchange merchandise reaches us at Fiber Notion®. We recommend the customer INSURE ALL RETURN/EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS.
